Social Media Manager
Lead our Instagram, start and run our other socials, and grow BookPhysio everywhere the right people are. Make the posts, reels and stories, bring more physiotherapists onto the platform, and set your own hours working with the founder.

BookPhysio.in helps patients across India find and book the right physiotherapist. We are early, and we want our socials to be where people meet the brand. Instagram is the main channel and you will own it end to end: the ideas, the images, the posts, the reels, the stories, and the conversations in the DMs. You will start and run our other channels too, like LinkedIn and X, so BookPhysio shows up everywhere the right people are.
This role is fully remote and you set your own hours. You get access to our AI tools, so a lot of the making (images, drafts, edits) is assisted. We care about what you ship, not hours logged.
What you will do
Make the visuals
Use AI image tools to create scroll-stopping graphics for posts, reels and stories.
Post across platforms
Lead Instagram day to day, and start and run LinkedIn, X and any other channel with a couple of posts a week each.
Run the accounts
Own every channel: plan the content, keep the rhythm, and reply to comments and DMs.
Bring physiotherapists in
Use social and outreach to reach physiotherapists and patients, start real conversations, and get physiotherapists to sign up on the platform.
Grow the presence
Test new formats, hooks and trends, grow the following across every channel, and keep what works.
Learn and improve
Stay curious, pick up new tools fast, and keep raising the bar on what we put out.
Your first 60 days
The probation is 60 days. By the end of it, a good fit will have:
Got our Instagram onto a steady daily rhythm, and started up LinkedIn and X with posting at least twice a week.
Made posts, reels and stories that look good and get real engagement.
Started bringing physiotherapists onto the platform through social and outreach, and grown the following.
You are a fit if you
You have run social media accounts before and can point to real results. This is not an entry-level role.
You take ownership and move without being asked. You see what needs doing and do it.
You can work on your own and set your own hours. You do not need to be chased.
You are curious and pick up new tools and trends fast.
You have a sharp eye for what looks good and what makes someone stop scrolling.
You are comfortable using AI tools to make images, videos and content faster.
You want to grow a brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, X and beyond, not just post and forget.
This is a role for someone who has done this before and can run with it on their own. A degree does not matter, but real experience and a portfolio do. Show us what you have grown.

The task
Take a proper look at bookphysio.in and our socials, then send us two things. First, a short and honest critique of the website and our social presence: what is weak, what is missing, and why. Second, a 30-day growth plan covering content and outreach across Instagram, LinkedIn and X, including how you would grow the following and, most importantly, how you would use social media to get physiotherapists to sign up on the platform. Paste any links, docs, references or examples in the form. Real, specific ideas beat a polished agency deck.
