Yes. Open your appointments, find the session, and tap Reschedule. Please do this at least 4 hours before the session. If you need to reschedule on short notice, contact the physiotherapist directly through the platform.

BookPhysio.in does not ask for a referral or prescription to send a booking request. If your condition needs medical input first, the physiotherapist will tell you at the assessment. If you have a doctor's report, bring it to the session, since it helps them plan your treatment.

Yes. Many physiotherapists on BookPhysio.in offer home visits. Use the Home Visit filter on the search page to see physiotherapists in your area who come to you, along with their home-visit fee.

You pay the physiotherapist at the clinic after your session, or in person during a home visit. BookPhysio.in does not collect payment on behalf of physiotherapists at this time.

The fee on a physiotherapist's profile is what they charge per session. It is set by the physiotherapist, not BookPhysio.in. Always confirm the amount with the physiotherapist before or at the start of the session.

Ask the physiotherapist for a printed or emailed receipt at the time of payment. If you need a GST invoice, check with the physiotherapist before your appointment.

No. BookPhysio.in does not charge patients any platform fee or booking fee. You pay only the session fee, directly to the physiotherapist.

Open your appointments and tap Cancel on the relevant session. Please cancel at least 4 hours before the session as a courtesy to the physiotherapist.

BookPhysio.in does not charge a cancellation fee. Since payment is made directly to the physiotherapist, any refund arrangement is between you and the physiotherapist.

If a physiotherapist cancels, you will get an email notification. You can rebook with the same physiotherapist or find another one. Email support@bookphysio.in if you need help.

Go to bookphysio.in and click List your practice. Fill in your details, add your registration number, and submit. An admin reviews and approves profiles before they go live. We do not publish a review time, because we do not measure one yet.

Patients pay you directly at the clinic or during home visits. BookPhysio.in does not hold or transfer payment between parties at this time. You keep what the patient pays you.

Log in to your physiotherapist dashboard and go to Calendar. Set your working hours, block dates, and mark holidays. Changes take effect immediately.

Open the Reviews section in your dashboard and leave a brief response to any review. Keep it factual and professional. Your response is visible to all patients who view your profile.

Try refreshing the page. If it still does not load, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If the issue continues, email support@bookphysio.in with a screenshot and the URL you were trying to open.

Check that your email address is correct and look in your spam or promotions folder. The code can take up to 60 seconds to arrive. Tap Resend OTP and make sure your network connection is active. If you still do not receive it, contact support.

Your account login is your email address, so your phone number is only a contact detail. To update it, email support@bookphysio.in from your registered address with your new number and a photo ID.
