How we keep BookPhysio.in safe

Every physiotherapist on BookPhysio.in goes through a check before their profile is visible to patients. We review the State Council registration or NCAHP enrolment details and qualification documents they supply.

Each profile shows what was checked, not a bare Verified label. Registration checked means we confirmed a State Council registration number with the issuing council. Credentials checked means we reviewed the documents without confirming them against a statutory register. If a physiotherapist is asked to resupply details, the profile is marked accordingly until they do.

If you come across a profile that looks suspicious or has wrong credentials listed, use the Report button on that profile page or write to us at support@bookphysio.in.

We collect only what is needed to run the platform: your email for OTP sign-in, your name and phone number, and the bookings you make. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

The physiotherapist you book with receives your phone number to coordinate that session. It is not shared with anyone else or used for marketing. Medical history or session notes you share in a booking message are visible only to you and the physiotherapist you are booking with.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by writing to privacy@bookphysio.in. We will process your request within 30 days.

Payments are made directly between patient and physiotherapist, at the clinic after a session or in person during a home visit. BookPhysio.in does not handle or hold payment on behalf of either party at this time.

The session fee shown on a physiotherapist's profile is set by the physiotherapist. We encourage physiotherapists to be upfront about their fees before the session starts.

If you have a concern about a payment or a charge you did not expect, contact us at support@bookphysio.in. We will look into it and help mediate if needed.

If something goes wrong, such as a session that did not happen, a physiotherapist who behaved unprofessionally, or a charge you did not expect, raise a support ticket right away so our team can start looking into it with a ticket number to track.

We investigate all reports and aim to respond within one working day. Accounts found to have breached our conduct guidelines are suspended while the investigation is active.

For urgent safety concerns, use the Report button on the relevant profile or booking page. These are flagged for immediate review.

BookPhysio.in is a booking platform, not a medical service. Physiotherapists listed here are independent practitioners. We verify their credentials but we do not supervise or direct their clinical practice.

Any treatment recommendation, exercise plan, or clinical advice you receive comes from the physiotherapist you booked, not from BookPhysio.in. If you have questions about your treatment, ask your physiotherapist directly.
