Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your session from your booking confirmation page. For cancellations within 4 hours, the physiotherapist may ask for a fee.

You pay the physiotherapist directly, by cash, UPI, or card, at the clinic or during your home visit. BookPhysio does not collect payment online.
