How payment works
BookPhysio.in helps patients across India find and book verified physiotherapists. Payment is simple and direct. This page explains exactly how it works for patients and for physiotherapists.
Patients pay the physiotherapist directly
You pay the physiotherapist directly after the session, at the clinic or during the home visit, by cash, UPI, or card. The exact fee is shown on each physiotherapist profile before you book, so there are no surprises. You can ask the physiotherapist for a GST invoice.
BookPhysio.in does not collect online payment
BookPhysio.in does not take payment online and does not hold your money. The platform connects patients with verified physiotherapists. The payment itself is always between you and the physiotherapist.
Free for patients
Searching, comparing, and booking on BookPhysio.in is free for patients. You pay only the physiotherapist, only for the session.
Free to list, with no commission
Listing is free for physiotherapists, and BookPhysio.in charges no commission on bookings. Physiotherapists keep their full fee.
Confirmations and reminders are by email
Booking confirmations, one-time codes, reminders, and support all happen by email. We do not send these by SMS or WhatsApp.
Questions about a fee
Each physiotherapist sets their own fee, shown on their profile before booking. If something looks unclear, raise a support ticket or contact support@bookphysio.in.
